You hit the nail on the head! Honesty is not a core value, or has any value @ ECRAP. I have seen many leave, get dismissed, or written off because they were honest. Honest about a lack of advancement, lack of work-life balance, lack or morale, lack of people, of cars, etc.....

If you have a backbone and are honest with yourself, you would get up and run........run fast!!!!
