I've never felt like just a comodity at ERAC - there's been several occasions when I've felt discouraged by things and I've had members of management there to help me out. I've always had my concerns addressed.
I dont know what is meant by a little time under your belt. I can tell you this. Ask anyone that has been there for more than two years and gets into management and they will tell you the truth. It may look good at the beginning, but get some more time under your belt and then you will see what everyone else in this forum is saying. There are many better places to work than enterprise. Id be interested to see who your ARM is. There is only one that truely cares about the people. Do you think working 60 hrs a week is pretty good. Up at the crack of dawn and getting home late? How about is it morally right to tell a customer who had a res a lie about why their car is not there? Now I will grant you that at times their is a honest answer as to why. We all know that it is better to rent a car to a walk in than hold it all day for a res and hope that something else arrives. If this is what you consider better than other jobs you have had some tough jobs. Dont get pulled into the Erac trap.
