 Mark Richardson=Unprecedented Turnover
That is correct...Mr. Richardson, the new RRM of Region V, is off to an amazing 21+ employee loss within a 2 month period!! His turnover rate continues to soar and his desperate attempts to hire quality MT's is becoming horribly pathetic. The poor new hires are being brought in to short staffed branches and getting burned out within weeks. So much for the "management training program" new hires are lucky if they actually do something other than pickups and wash cars. Congratulations Mark, having 21+ people quit on you in a 2 month period is an astounding accomplishment and an ERAC landmark you can stamp your name on. No record like this existed until you took over the RRM spot. |
