It's kind of funny that erac_whore made sense of an every day experience at any rental company... you rent cars for business, you get decent customer service (as long as you dont have a stick up your ass), your enterprise liason does a great job offering you options. With all that repeat business they are bound to run short on cars... right? Enterprise does a great job, but I don't think Enterprise would ever downgrade someone. As a customer who has been around the block with rental companies, Enterprise has never put me in a smaller car whatever the predicament may be. I may have been stuck with a larger vehicle than I needed, but hey, what the hell... it is just an auto to get around. Gimmie a fuckin break with all these petty ass complaints. Who the hell do you think you are complaining, if your company is paying for the rental, WTF! Maybe you should chat with your CFO and find out how much you are actually saving anually donkey! As if you really give a hoot.
