Default Terrible Attitudes @ERAC

I rent cars quite often, about 20 times a year and have no real preference to the company I rent from. However, my recent dealings with ERAC led me to this site and this post. How can a company make a reservation and not have A CAR let alone the class of car I reserved? And to top it off, the female at the counter with zero personality and compassion gets uppity with not only myself, but everyone else in line! This was a not an airport location and I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. I realize one pissed off person doesn't mean a whole lot, but when you piss off one it becomes many due to word of mouth. After viewing these posts, if 25% of what is said on here is true, how can ERAC survive?
