it survives because for the most part, ERAC gets the job done.
the customer get's a car.
of course not everybody will be happy, and eggs get broken...hence, not every cs is gonna be happy, like yourself.
and ease off the poor gal bustin her ass while peeps like you are getting pissy and indigant. it is by no means her fault, the company likes to run "tight"
i.e having high occupancy. it's how they make money, which by the way is always been in the black, for it's mutli-year existence...her personality and compassion has been crushed by the ERAC system and how it churns and burns its employees.
