Think about it in this respect though...AM/BM make commission off the branch itself...City off city, area off area...every level above the branch level makes commission off a larger pool, right up to the RVP/GM. It's safe to say that if they have a great year, they really could make a shitton of money.
Is the growth of the 80's/90's going to repeat itself? No, that would be naive. Is ERAC going to continue to be #1 in the world...yes. They have an extremely sound business plan, great operations standards, and despite SMALL instances of pissed-off customers, very high customer service ratings.
I'm long since passed the kool-aid phase, I just really enjoy working for ERAC. The people I work with are great, the opportunities are great (if you're willing to move around to get promoted, etc.) and it still all comes down to how much you want to get ahead.
