Is the growth of the 80's/90's going to repeat itself? No, that would be naive. Is ERAC going to continue to be #1 in the world...yes. They have an extremely sound business plan, great operations standards, and despite SMALL instances of pissed-off customers, very high customer service ratings.
I'm long since passed the kool-aid phase, I just really enjoy working for ERAC. The people I work with are great, the opportunities are great (if you're willing to move around to get promoted, etc.) and it still all comes down to how much you want to get ahead.

C9kid...good for you for enjoying your job. That's really what it's all about. Getting into a position you enjoy and running with it. Sure, ERAC isn't for everyone. I'm glad to see there ARE people who enjoy it.
You mentioned how their pay is based off a whole city, etc. Trust me, the more income that's out there, the smaller your actual comm % is. I was a BM and made a decent percentage. When I moved up to ARM, my area generated plenty of income but my percentage was SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER. The pay increase from BM to ARM was TINY. Didn't make me feel like I was actually successful.
