Stephen I would like you to take a step back from this site for a second. If you were really not employed and not a complete ERAC nerd who really cares about ERAC Crap like ESQI once you have left that doesn’t mean anything any more. So let it go or let everyone know you are a fraud and you still work for the company.

Who are you kidding loss control and the legal department, they don’t have the first clue to what is going on they are like chickens with there heads cut off with attitude…lol

So other companies can’t have the same outcome on their employees working hard and smart to succeed. That is the tunnel vision one sidedness that keeps the young brainwashed members believing in the top of the Pyramid. By saying ERAC is the only place you can do so. lol You need to get real become your own thinker with your own ideas and not be scared to make it on your own. I am sorry for you C9kid…take a good look in the mirror and try to put all those coined phrases out of your head and realize you haven’t had an original idea since you have been there and it is okay to be successful with other companies…
