Why do you think TJW has heart/high blood pressure problems? I love when he tries to tell people when they quit that they are making a mistake. The other company pays you more, reimburses for masters programs, offers more room for career advancement than EVEN ENTERPRISE and now we work less hours...yeah Tom we are really making a mistake. what a jackass!!! ERAC will have to change alot before it can hold onto quality employees. Everyone that left has never been happier. Sometimes the grass is greener. Other companies that can offer more money and more opportunities will always attract people from ERAC.
