Mathematically, a 700k salary is BS. If the RVP made a generous commission of 10%, that would mean the city made over 7 million. If you consider the lower man in the totem pole made 300k, the city had to have made 10million. Thats 10 million PROFIT! Obviously they dont pay their employees jack but their profit margin is pretty slim too.

If RVPs make 5%, that means the city has to make 20million a year. Does anyone know their actual commission schedule?

Take into consideration that car sales LOSES money and so many higher-ups are quitting. That hurts the bottom line and wouldn't an area manager see the light at the end of the tunnel? Or maybe they are realizing they are Andy Taylor's puppet
