Fair enough, I envisioned my ARM making about 80-90k on average...my BM makes about 40-45k/year depending on flip, which in the maritimes SUCKS right now. (some branches last year made 300+ on flip only to see it go down to like 50 this month) I can't wait until I made commission, though, then the whole "agency theory" problem will go away ;)
