Favortism and slight are fair game in Reg B. Massive turnover is now considered a natural progression of a near-decade old "new" division---turnover this acceptable, are you kidding me?! Walk into a location and you'll see the most unhappy, underpaid, unappreciated -but then again who in ERAC isn't- employees I have every seen. Everyone in that division's management cannot communicate their frustration. They all were fed a line of crap to get into the division, hoping the Car Rental mantra of broken promises didn't exist in truck rental. Unfortunetaly, the promotion cycle always begins with a manager quitting. When this many managers are throwing their hands up and quitting, and a doctrine of understaffing is a way of life, what do you expect? Reg. B, get your head out of your rear and start running your business. Motivate management, stay spartan and nimble within reason, don't make promises that won't be kept, staff your locations properly, Stick a god-damned urine-soaked sponge in that no-good, non-respected joker Ajay's mouth and kick him out of that division, Start paying your managers what they are worth -which is a lot more than what they get paid now. But then again, when you have a seemingly-endless wealth of 6,500 new college-entry hires every year, why really try to keep experienced management when there is some new sucker to take his place the next round of promotions. ENTERPRISE, you have no shame. Your upper management is a decade (or more) behind the times. I worry for the day when your house of cards encounters a wind it can't withstand. Stop stacking away cash kids...your time to go public is coming. That'll teach ya! | What manager's have quit? Who's in charge now (Kalman? Area Managers, etc)? I used to work in truck about 2 years ago. Give me the lowdown on what's happening? |
