What's with all the discussion about diversity? This is America, and last I checked if your educated and work hard, you succeed. You don't enjoy the job? Quit, that's what I did. Noone is forcing you to stay in a job you hate. Who cares how many women or blacks or purple people are managers. Maybe they're just not compitent and it has nothing to do with what color they are. If you don't like a free market economy, there are always plenty of despotic countries to move to. This is what's wrong with this country today. It's always someone elses fault. Noone takes responsibility.
