Body shops, dealerships, and ERAC men will more than likely harass you in some fassion at some time. If you do take the job, be prepared to document anything that happens and report it to HR and keep the documentation. That way ERAC is on the hook to do something about it. Problem is, as I have seen...they rarely do, and the employee doesn't press it. In 3 yrs I saw only 1 female make an issue out of it, and got a guy fired at a dealership. Sad thing was he got hired at the dealership across the street (same owner) and the ERAC girl was moved to a different city. Erac is not dumb for hiring "eye candy", but they are negligent in the fact that they let a lot of things go on in the interest of making more $$. |
