guy comes in after leaving 10 minutes before...we offered him the choice of mazda 6, impala, grand prix, etc...he takes the 6... and comes back in, wants to switch out because he doesn't like foreign cars we refrain from laughing our asses off at him and tell him we have no other cars...he points at the remaining impala...we have to hold in our laughter while we tell him the customer already came in for it and just left it there...sorry!
we had a customer also come in the day after renting because she wanted the car she PICKED OUT in a different colour. .... __________________
