Default Re: Anybody Here From Group 36?

I left because I wasn't making enough money. We made about $825 or so every two weeks. That's just disgusting, especially when auto insurance adjusters, doing essencially the same job, make way more than we do. Then again, so do teachers, police officers, fire fighters etc. The hours were better at admin. We only worked 8 to 5.
Yea group 36 has many problems. The outer islands basically do whatever they want, and have hardly any quality employees (if any). What self respecting college graduate would stay in Maui, or the big island for that matter? Especially for the amount of money MT's are paid. Management is always turning over because noone wants to stay for their crappy salaries either. Oahu isn't as bad as the outer islands, but almost everyone in Hawaii ERAC says "f*** the regulations from corporate, I'll do what I want". This of course results in pandamonium and chaos. The entire group is a nightmare.
The other thing the group has against it is opportunity for advancement. How big is 36 ever going to get? Some brainwashed people will tell you there's no limit. What a bunch of crap. The Hawii market is only so big.
