I don't think I said noone ever screws around at work. What I'm saying is that it's a managers job to control that. Like unregistered said. But that being said there's a difference between an MT screwing around and a car prep screwing around. Car preps are expendable and should be sent home at the earliest opportunity. If your manager didn't understand that than he was a poor manager and needed to go away.
