The reason your MBA would go to waste is that they are not into innovation at all. E is a very static company and they are more looking for people who will conform to their mindset rather than work smarter and achieve better results through innovation.
I'm a firm believer that a little revolution now and again is a necessary thing- and perhaps when E decides to change their corporate culture to allow their employees family lives and outside interests, they will have better retention and fewer problems. |
