Actually, I will see what you say; whatever you pay, your customer will pay the difference via his/her credit card; I will tell your customer that your adjuster will not pay the full amount " for some unknown reason; your best bet is to call the claims manager and they may be able to help you"; your customer will be pissed as hell at you, your claims manager will be even more angry at you and I will laugh in your face...what do you think of that.....
