Default Discrimination

TFCERCTIT

Perhaps you might want to rethink your position. Branding Enterprise irresponsible because a customer left a gun in a car is placing the blame in the wrong place. There are many problems with what you say.

1) How can you train someone to better clean out a car?? Its a simple task parents routinely assign to kids so it doesnt take a brain surgeon to accomplish this task. I dont care how many hours you train someone, mistakes will be made. Have you ever made a mistake??

2) Is the previous customer responsible in any way??

3) Why is it fair that only customers with credit cards get to rent cars?? What about people that screwed up their credit and are starting over?? What about older Americans like my parents that dont believe in credit cards?? What about people who have never made enough money to qualify for a credit card??? There are millions of honest people that dont have credit cards and may want to rent a car. Please tell me your reasoning for discriminating against them.

4) Since you were an employee at one time, how many cash rentals did you write that ended up being used for criminal activity?? 1 out of 2 , 1 out of 5 , 1 out of 20 , 1 out of 1,000 ???

5) I worked at a branch that serviced a dealership. A police officer had returned our car and accidentally left his badge and gun belt (with gun in it) under the truck seat.

Bottom line is mistakes happen, there are millions of honest people without credit cards, and I am sure, plenty of criminals with credit cards.

Next theory please.
