Look. Every company has pros and cons. I have worked for ERAC in the south and the north and I can tell you that it is completely different every where you go. Pay is also different everywhere you go. I think you need to decide for yourself what your looking for. Are you looking to get some good entry level experience? Are you looking long term? Yea, you don't make a ton of money, but you will gain a lot of valuable transferable skill sets through the trainee program. You are going to work your ass off, but you are also going to get a lot of really good experience, and meet a lot of wonderful people. It's what you make of it. There are many facets of the business that you can go into, it only takes your initative to move up and stand out. I defintely think ERAC has a lot of room for improvement, but I am happy that I decided to work for the company because along with the bad came a lot of good.
