Working in a pyramid scheme type of company, one where promotions are based primarly on sales numbes, it is only nature for people to care about themselves. I thought Aaron did a good job of being political and diplomatic and you really can't blame someone for that. ERAC and their promotions are all political and you must look out for yourself.
