These are the kind of posts we need to see more of. Absolutely impressive to say the least. It's not bitter, it's not angry, it just tells the truth. This poster has got it absolutely right! My one wish is that a site like this existed while I was working for ERAC. I would hope that corporate would read this and say, "They are absolutely right, we need to change." It will take a lot of time, but I firmly believe that ERAC will change for the better. __________________
