Everyone Please understand I have no intent to sue anyone. I just want Enterprise to learn their lesson and not let this continue.
What is bothering me is they have not changed on bit.
All I wanted was a sincere apology and to rectify this and learn from it. But this has not happened.
The regional mgr. told me he was going to clean house. My response was I don't want anyone fired but I don't want this to happen again.
I happen to know from a relative of an employee of this branch that nothing has been done. Not even a meeting addressing this matter.
So I guess that with police report in hand I am going to the media. Hopefully that will get Enterprise to open their eyes.
They have tried to point the finger on the person who left the gun, the police but not on Enterprise. If they had addressed this as was promised then I would have been satisfied but not when they don't.
