I have an answer for this question. GRP 62 is trying to beat the company record of lowest retention ever recorded. They figured, how else better to do it than to keep some 7 yr long mgr with the company that yells at other offices' MT's, tells fellow managers they are doing everything wrong, and give special treatment to the ugly chicks because he screws them. Look at the numbers. If you add up all the months he has had a negative net profit while being a manager, that would total up to the losses suffered in hurricane Katrina. DEVASTATING!
