Re: Everyone!!! The reason I continued to ask you what you wanted out of this Italian was not to harass you. It was to find out what you wanted. If you wanted them to have a meeting and address the issue, that is what they should have done. If you wanted an apology from Andy Taylor himself, they should have worked to make it happen. If you wanted someone fired, or wanted to profit in some way though, I was going to accept that you were simply typical of what I saw in my office on a regular basis. Someone who forgets that humanity is something that comes from both ends. You, as the customer, want to be treated like a person and not just a walking dollar bill. The person on the other side of the counter wants to be treated like a person and see that you accept that anyone can make a mistake. The truly important thing in this whole situation is that no one was hurt. Please accept my apology for them. |
