Erac pulls this stuff evry so often to see who is " bought in". BE CAREFUL what you say, you'll be walking on thin ice if you even entertain the phone call- Think about it. Don't you think if they were so interested, wouldn't they come to your office and give you a business card to contact them? You are screwed, start looking for another job before you get the "talk".
