Again your missing the point. If gp 07 truly cared about there managers they would back them, and fire as a last resort.
1.Shane- Great manager should have not been fired.
2. Chris- Good manager. DUI- but many managers and area managers throughout Enterprise have got one w company car and not been fired.
3. Tad- Not a racist person at all. In fact that guy wishes he was black.
4. Moises- Naked pictures? havent heard that, but if true that probably deserves a firing.
5.Johanna- If doing a little dance led to more business whats the problem. Maybe that was culturaly accepted in the coutry she was from and should have been considered. I heard she didnt strip down naked or anything. I've been to company Chrismas partys where erac employees got on stages and shook there ass all over.
Point is that I have never heard of a company that fires so many people. Who hasn't fudged a number or two. Even Pres. Bush got a DUI. Who hasnt made a boarderline racial slur whether your white, black, or yellow. Who hasn't got drunk and danced with someone you should not have. This is Enterprise; a sales and marketing job. Politicians, Celebrities, Sports figures, and many others make comments they regret, or get drunk and dance a little provocative, and dui's are common. This company doesnt care about the people that have worded 55-60 hrs a week and made them tons of money. If you bleed green, good thats great for you, but you better be a saint, or an angel because you may be next.
