I started truck rental in Memphis, and in Knoxville, and in Chattanooga for that matter! Paul Pike is and absolute idiot! Yes, I am sure he did well in car, and they won't do anything with him because of that. He doesn't know a truck from his ass. As a person, he is a nice enough guy and his wife, Lori, rocks. But as a manager, anyone that blames EVERYONE of their managers for his failures, isn't much of a manager. He needs to go work in admin, because he has no idea how to run a truck operation. And YOU will get blamed for it.
Ask: Eric Collins, Rich Burns, Jason Whitt, Brandi Whitfield, Steve Abercrombie, Brad McCaleb, David Sink, Scott Miller, and God knows how many more. All with in his last 2 years. Sounds like THERE IS A PROBLEM...

Unless you fall into his "uniform, white, conservative, male, church of christ, republican" dream world, you aren't going to make it. NO MATTER WHAT you do. So, sacrifice nothing. I gave up my life and home and wore freaking "green Emterprise underwear" only to get screwed and set up for failure. Truck rental is great, just NOT in Tennessee.
