Enterprise claims to have a great Managment Programme. Fair enough you can go ahead and take their word for it or you could ask why when you are being hired you are told the hours are long,pay is crap and it gets boring but its all worth it because in 10 years you will be earning tons of money...Then on a site like this everyone is saying take it for the experience then get a good job!

Which is it people.Is it a good job in its own right or a stepping stone.The only reason you would break your back everyday is for a payoff with that company.If not then why bother taking the job.You can get experience elsewhere without the bad paychecks and 70 hours weeks!
