My area manager used to have manager meetings for the area at 630am. I didn't show up to 1 of them. He tried to write me up once and I wouldn't sign it. I told him, more politely than this, if you want to have a work meeting have it during work hours. There was really nothing he could do to me. My branch and sattelites had the highest ESQi, and OP in his area. Hell I had the only branches that showed any growth, his area was 8% down. He would have a conniption, it was hilarious. |
