I’m curious, assistance for whom Mr. Anonymous or ERAC? Just joking, the letters they sent to me were from there corporate legal team, not the in house one. It was directed to me in a manner of violation of the L3 contract I signed. The 2 points they gave me were sharing competitive industry trade secrets and 2 concerning recruiting. They allege that my encouraging people to leave, especially by pointing out inequities of treatment by their supervisors, is just as much a violation of my contract as if I directly contacted an individual and recruited them to come work with me. They also accused me of directly recruiting employees. My lawyer responded to the last letter with a cease and desist order and a threat to sue for defamation of character and influencing my right to work. I live in a right to work state. Since that letter, listing The Crawford group and its share holders, and the L4 managers by name in the possible suit, I have not received any further threats nor has my lawyer. But it took me hiring a lawyer to bring it to an end. Plus I have eye witnesses, who signed an affidavit, to my former L4 manager defaming me in the presence of a current manager of mine at my new job, which I’m sure helped. When this was disclosed in detail the harassment stopped. It just goes to show that the childish behavior of ERAC managers travels all the way up. I appreciate the offer of help.
