This is a great post. ERAC tried to fire me as well but I quit before they could do so. They accused me of giving a family discount to a friend during my first week of employement (my friend saved an extra 10% of his rental). Granted I barely knew how to operate the computer let alone give a discount on my first week of the job. I was very liabillity conscious in everything I did and I always asked for a supervisor's approval when conducting questionable actions. That didnt stop the the ERAC wrath.

Ed Butler and Tommy Murphey sat me in the office and started accusing me of giving illegal discounts (6 months after the incident). Even though the manager's employee # was on the family discount contract they were still aiming for me (the real reason is because I told customers my honest opinion about ERAC). They had nothing on me and they knew it so they kept asking me accusatory questions hoping to get a confession. I wouldnt give it to them and Butler started yelling at me from the top of his lungs.I was more than happy to quit. The only concern I had is that they would place this wild accusation in my background packet. It turns out my current employer can care less about ERAC's opinions. I work 40 hours a week now and make $50,000 a year. Most of all I love my job.

The funny thing is that drug addict Murphey and super Republican Conservative Currupted CEO Butler were the ones making the accusations. I should have told them "Im not like you, I live an honest lifestyle".

Looking back, I am thankful for my ERAC experience because it makes me appreciate the finer things in life. I do not take my current job for granted.
