The first 2 times I said that I was "somewhat satisfied" to both questions. They never asked why only somewaht satisfied and I guess they don't care. (All of the cars were kind of dirty.) There was a minor mixup with the return of the 3rd car, and I had to leave a message on their horrible voice mail system. Someone called me back on Monday and I thought everything was straighted out. Then I received the third ESQI call. (I have caller I.D. and it was the same phone number as the two previous times they called.) The caller asked to speak to "Mr. Gay." I asked, who was calling, Mr. Biggot, perhaps? Anyway, I refused to answer their survey and I don't think I'll be renting from Enterprise again. |
I smell fish. The calls come from a centralized location with a number of dirrerent trunks giving different phone numbers on caller ID. This guy is trying to say that 3 different timesout of over 100 lines the line selected was the same. Bullshit. And if that is bullshit how much else is. Last I heard the top level was not very satisfied but completely satisfied. That is the option that was given to me on my ESQi call
