Yes - Failure to Honour Reservation I travel frequently in the US and avoid Enterprise like the plague because of my poor experiences in the US and Canada We booked a mini-VAN for our vacation. We were told the car would be ready Saturday afternoon - went to pick it up - suprise - they have rented all the mini-vans. This is the start of the long weekend I phone a dozen companies and there could not arrange a replacement. Sunday we want on vacation with 4 kids and two adults on our camping gear in our Mazda M5. They already had all my info and VISA because I had been renting a car from them for two months and was returning the car for the mini-van. After having dropped a few thousand $ - I expected better customer service but don't know why. When travelling in the US - I always book with Alamo (good service so far) In Canada I always book with Budget but avoid Discount Car Rental |
