I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who thinks this. This turd used to tell customers what cars(and/or specialty vehicles that were already booked) other branches had on their books and then transfer the phonecall over to them, offer pick-ups for Monday morning late on Friday evening and then flip you the res without contacting you, etc. Also he uses way too much gel in his hair. Looks like he stuck his head in a bucket of used engine oil. That right there is reason enough to want to smack him.
