Trust me when I tell you....they force you to perform reposessions from deliquint customers. They are not fun and for the most part, very dangerous. I wish anyone out there luck who has to perform one. Some advice, never go alone, document your conversations with your higher up about how dangerous it is and that you don't feel comfortable doing it. Make sure your key that you got cut works (can't tell you how that almost killed me one night). Ask if you can call the police. But, I asked and they said that a man who was out of contact with us for two months and behind by 600 dollars could still be in control of the rental and sue us if we called the police....bunch of crap. Call a tow truck if necessary, pay for it and get a reciept and get your money back. Repo's are not fun...they are dangerous and performed whenever your dickhead ARM barks.
