All the statistics people did was gather arrest totals for each city in the U.S. Since St. Louis police arrested more people than any other city compared to its population, you had a rise in crime so they say. But all that conclusion confirms is that the police were doing their jobs. Does that simplify a bit more for your slow mind. St. Louis is not dangerous at all compared to LA, Compton, or Little Rock.
