Yes ERAC is a hard place to work. You work your ass off, get paid shit your first year, you must kiss every customers ass, and your constantly understaff. ERAC being a company that does not care about their customer service it is not.
I guess my point is if this site is geared toward ERAC employees, state that. Do not hold up this front about how ERAC does not care about its customer and how we need to read a book about "Customer Service for Dumbies"
To be honest ERAC service is the best in the industry the JD Power award shows that year after year. | I think the site is an all-purpose site. Just a theory. __________________
