Hi I used to work for U7 - have things improved? Or are you lot still knackering out your shoes and suits, having to go to bed at 9.00pm as your too tired to do anything else and getting paid just enough to keep you from getting into too much debt on credit cards?

Whats the staff turnover like now? I saw 50 employees join in the two years I was at ERAC. I did quite well in being promoted twice but out of everyone I only saw one person make it to area manager - everyone else was just burnt out - I only stayed this long as I had no other experiences to base my time at ERAC on. I wanted to do well but ultimately ERAC was bad for me and kicked the shit out of my confidence in working for another company.

To anyone thinking about a career at ERAC, have a plan B and if you have to join, work smart as well as hard as there are no rewards for working yourself into the ground - just focus on the things that make you stand out from the rest and maybe you'll be one of the lucky one's to progress fast.
