Default Why in suits

Okay - so you have to wash cars. The thing I don't get is why employees are forced to wash cars in suits and dress clothes. Other than it must cost people a fortune to keep replacing their clothes - let's face it - it just looks plain ridiculous seeing someone washing a car in dress clothes.

What's ERAC's gimmick on this one? I just think it's awful of a company to make people do this and can't come up with any reasoning for doing so.
