Peter Fleming - Promotional Advice #102 – When asked a question from an employee and you don’t have a clue as to the answer, cuss out the employee, tell them that it is their job to run the office not yours and if they can’t find a solution to the problem on their own you will get someone else to run the area/branch that can.

This is great advice; first you don’t have to admit your own stupidity as far as not knowing the answers, (to any questions) second after cussing out the employee they will probably not ask any future questions for fear of getting accused of being ignorant and incapable of doing their job, and third it make you feel so good to make people scared of being terminated that others will hear about what happened and they will be too afraid of asking you any question, thus saving you embarrassment of looking stupid in front of the troops.
