Default question

What is group 57's retention ? It has got to be way below the corporate average. What I want to know is why Enterprise does not change the way they conduct business to make it both equally customer and employee friendly. 55 hours a week is uncomprehensible. Now unless you are a stockbroker, doctor, lawyer, or hold a high position in firm then it is to be expected. However the return is pretty high with these jobs which justifies it. Now if you have no degree then it is understandable that you would work long hours in a plant, truck driver, or low end retail and the return is low. However Erac employs only college grads and they make you believe it is ok to work for virtually 1.00/hr more above min wage workers working a 40 hr work compared to your 55. It is not ok and selling you that there are fast promotions well that is all well and good however the raise you get through your promotion is what you should have got to start with erac which is about 36 as an asst and 46 as a manager. those are real figures and that is contingent upon you comm pct and op. Your base as a asst or mgr is about 20 to 25. All else is commission. I called bullshit a long time ago but it is not easy to leave working 55 hours/wk and being tired all the time. sooner or later you just say fuck it and look for a job full ahead and deal with the fall out later. do yourself a favor and serious consider reevaluating your job at, test the waters and see if you like what is out there. Don;t let them make you believe this is the only job for you and you can't do any better because you can. Run, Run, Run, Run, Run, Run..... Stop one day and look around do you see anybody older then 30 other then your area mgr, group, gmwhich account for like 20 people tops out of 500, where do you think all of those other people are that use to work with them? They all moved on because that place is a fantasy land filled with broken promises and empty dreams!
