I along with other minority employees of Group 14 have racial discrimination concerns.
We have witness unfair promotions and a clear lack of support for minorities.

How do we address or stay motivated when we observe no representation of minorities other than the entry level position.

Is there a forum for employees to discuss these issues and how do minorities receive the same guidance/treatment to have a successful career with this company, when there is no one like me currently in the role I am striving to achieve?
