I'm an old ERAC manager who spent my entire time in 17AA. Everything was good until SDM came to the region. I wonder if his e-mails still make no sense at all? I'm sure they do. The turnover is no shock and it is known that once you become a manager you are treated like complete shit. They think that b/c of the Orlando trip, which we pay for anyway, it is justified to get all over you for everything you do. They lost a lot of good people over the last couple months, and not even more money would make them stay. How does that make you feel SDM? Nothing was ever good enough. I got so sick and tired of how they treated everyone, not just me, that it was time to get the hell out. I was there for 4 and half years and I haven't missed it for a second. I wonder how many people know about a certain manager that got demoted on his honeymoon!! Stay classy ERAC!! I also wonder if Eric Wood is still there too. Anyone that works there ask him about Nicole Musel. He'll get a kick out of that. Stay classy Eric!! I was glad to hear that a lot of my old friends got out. I recieved a lot of text messages saying they got paroled and moved on to better opportunites. And for that person who says " would never say it to anyone's face" well I did, and guess what that got me...... a reputation for "challenging authority". I got promoted 5 times when I was there and obviously know a hell of a lot more than you about that piece of shit region that you are in. How many times were you promoted? I got so much more but I don't want to even rehash half of it. Employees remember you are a number. That's all!! Forget the whole family thing, it's bullshit!!

Steve Hunter, Mike Tierney, Paul O'Rangers, Steve Canan, Bobby Angelo, Gabe Millrood, and a few others I still have repect for and wish all the best too. They were the closest thing to honesty you got out of that company. How Paul can put up with SDM I have no idea!!

To Che, Anil, and a few other current managers, why are you still there?? There is light at the end of the tunnel but you will never find it at ERAC!! You both know that. How were your Christmas presents this year? It's always good to know that the Taylors make money of their employees Xmas gifts huh? Again stay classy ERAC.
