Well allot of nothing. Don't get me wrong I don't mind working hard. But it is sad that enterprise does so well but treats its employees like shit!!. I have been with them for years and like all others i to have a degree and i can't understand why it is they just refuse to pay us. I work for region a and I have only found out that you can only make it up to the top if your sleeping with your manager. Check this Out. example branch off of 290 had a mt who was sleeping with the am of the branch and dumped him to sleep with the bm needless to say she was a bm within her first year. and her boyfriend the bm got an area managers poistion in San Ant. and she quit and went off to marry him. another position gone to waist. One am (who became a bm after she quit her first week of being a bm came back to reg a a few weeks later to a am position and returned to a bm in a month) dated (while he was still married) and married the area manager over reg e and now they split and shes gone.... another poistion gone to waist. All of this after he went to FL for the annual managers meeting and made a BABY with a woman no one knows. the area manager in reg. a was dating the recuriting manager for years prior to upper management finding out. I am so surprise erac has not been sued. over this. there are a lot of people passed by because they are not sleeping their way up the ladder!!!
