OK, all of us who worked at ERAC or continue to work there know that the company is designed to turn employees over so that they can continue to market rapid promotions and growth. If everyone was successful, the system would not work.

Since moving on, I have really learned to appreciate the time I have to be with family, friends and the ones I love. Saturdays are mine and I am making MORE money and not puking on the way to work on Monday thinking about the keys that are going to rain out of the drop box.

If you are still there and complaining, there are better jobs out there. If you are out and living the life you always wanted, spread some inspiration to fellow E workers who need it to find the courage to move on.
