The car preps at 46 are the worst. They never do their job but still get paid for it. The hide behind the dumpster and smoke weed all day. Mike M is worthless in making them do their jobs. He can't even figure out that on Sunday when we have 190 returns why it would be a good idea to have more than 3 preps. Then on a typical Thursday when we have 130 returns he has about 10 of them.

To the person that suggested that you tell the car preps to do their job, well that is a joke too. If you ask them to do anything, they stop doing everything. Its like walking on pins and needles so you don't piss them off cause if you do you will have a line of people at the counter and no clean cars.
