It is unfortunate that you feel this way, considering that at the end of every rental transaction a hard working employee will ask you " were you completely satisfied and, if one is not, was there anything WE ( being used collectively) could of done to make your experience better. What other company do you know of -that extends so much goodwill and help to their customers. GP23 is very proud of its situation, and we will continue to grow and become the best rental agency out there. It takes a lot of hard work to " invent the future" and its looks like erac is doing it. |
